The Principal Certification Body for

Human Decisions
No Automated Trust

Automation accelerates but it doesn’t decide. Every certification we issue includes many human-decisions, because responsibility remains human.

Born to Certify
Built for Oversight

Cautelare was established as the first Certification Body for XRSI not just to issue the first RDG™ seals, but to ensure future CBs meet the same bar. We lead by example, then help others rise to it.

One Seal
Global Registry

Every certification we issue is registered with XRSI and globally traceable. No dark seals. No unverifiable claims. No hidden reports. Just transparent trust, by design.

Cautelare is the principal certification and training partner of X Reality Safety Intelligence (XRSI), a global nonprofit standards organization dedicated to building trust in immersive technologies, AI, and emerging data-driven systems.

Our mission is simple:

Enable trust through governance.

We provide certification, training, and assurance programs anchored in the XRSI Responsible Data Governance (RDG™) standard, a global framework that unifies best practices from ISO, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and the EU AI Act. From startups to enterprises, healthcare to education, and gaming to government, we help organizations demonstrate accountability and resilience in how they collect, process, and use data.

Through independent certification and professional training, Cautelare ensures that companies and professionals alike can validate their compliance, build customer confidence, and stay ahead of evolving global regulations. Every certificate we issue is backed by the XRSI global registry of trust, ensuring transparency and verifiability for clients, regulators, and the public.

Our approach follows the principle of Central Governance. Distributed Execution. Trusted Oversight. XRSI defines the standards. Cautelare delivers them with integrity. Together, we are raising the bar for safety, security, and responsibility in the digital age.

Our Team

Founded by the creators of the RDG™ standard at XRSI, Cautelare is the first certification body dedicated to keeping certification quality consistently high. Our team includes professionals who have previously held leadership roles at Meta, AstraZeneca, AMD, Intel, and Linden Labs, bringing hard-earned expertise across immersive technology, semiconductors, life sciences, and digital trust.

Cautelare also embraces a rotational leadership model, where the role of CEO is passed to different members of the leadership team over time. This approach ensures diverse perspectives, shared accountability, and a culture of collaboration, while keeping the organization agile and responsive in a rapidly evolving trust and certification landscape.
